I feel like I am one of the last people to start a blog, but I thought what is the best way to record my journey as I turn 30 in 30 days... Along with the hundreds of other things I have going on I am determined to loose some weight and feel fabulous when the 25th of May arrives.
As some of you know I have a lot on my plate, but for those of you I am just meeting I can fill you in. As a stay at home mom for our son Kiefer, who is turning 3 in less than 60 days, my days are filled with crafts and trips to the park, pool, and play dates. Responsibilities at the house are never ending. The feeling that the clothes in the laundry basket are never ending and no matter how many dishes are loaded in the dishwasher, there is always another cup or plate on the counter. If the floors are cleaned by 10 they are destroyed by crumbs by 12, don't get me started on the windows, how does one toddler get smudges 6 feet high? Currently a full time student using the traditional GI BILL to finish up on prerequisites needed to get into George Washington University this fall... Currently in the last class needed - Environmental Biology and it is a doosey. The class is 5 weeks long and just starting week 2... The class will finish out on the 23rd of May, so I will be complete with Ashford University just days before the BIG 30! On top of that my spa business is doing fabulous, some of the best clients in the world. It is the best gift to help someone find something that they need. Plus a small business just rocks when you are doing taxes...
Latest adventure has been the itworks corporation. Learning about it through a friend in our village I thought I would try it out. Since I will try just about anything once before deciding. Some may say it sounds to good to be true, wear a wrap for at least an hour and loose inches. After reading online about the company and testimonies I decided to try one out. In less than ONE hour of wearing the wrap I had lost over 4 inches total in 3 spots on my abdomen. If it wasn't me that saw her measure, wear the wrap, and remeasure I would have called the person a liar. That made me a believer on the spot. Purchasing a box of 4 wraps from Jessie I wanted to continue wearing the wraps. You can wear a new wrap every four days because the wrap continues working for 72 hours!
In this blog for the next 30 days I want to record my weight loss progress with itworks and excersize. Talking about what I am doing daily, measurements of inches, change of diet, and supplements to help aid the progress towards being FABULOUS at 30!!!
